My passion for coaching and mentoring my team, colleagues and the people around me to be better than they believe they can be, has always been a key feature of my leadership.
Coaching emerging leaders is my passion. I know first-hand the incredible difference coaching can make in establishing a meaningful, successful career.
Early in my career, I engaged a professional coach to support my personal and professional growth. In a short time, I moved from a senior technical role into my first management role, responsible for implementing and managing technology services for a multi-billion-dollar project. This was immediately followed by an internationally-based head of technology role.
This experience resulted in a lifetime of personal and professional coaching for continuous improvement. It was, therefore, a natural step for me to share my lived experience of coaching's benefits through my coaching style of leadership with my teams and emerging leaders more broadly.

I have an unique leadership coaching practice that draws on my corporate leadership experience across a diverse range of countries, cultures and capabilities. My lived experience of neuro-diversity (ADHD) further enhances my ability to support people making personal or professional changes at every level.

We are all capable of making the change needed to realise our Imagined Futures, given sufficient resources, motivation and support.
However, change is hard, really hard. It can appear psychologically unsafe and create resistance that prevents us from progressing.
